The application is live on our website now, and the deadline to apply is February 27 at 11:59pm EST.

ABOUT SUMMER IMMERSION What: an innovative program pairing 250+ hours of intensive instruction with engagement opportunities with the industry’s top players. The program is free of charge for all participants.
- Uses project-based curriculum to teach computer science, including algorithms, loops, basic data structures, Python, HTML, and JavaScript
- Cultivates crucial soft skills such as public speaking, leadership and entrepreneurship
- Exposes students to successful female role models through guest speakers, field trips, workshops, and mentors
- Boston, MA
- New York, NY
When: Summer 2014, Monday - Friday, 9-4pm for 7 weeks (exact dates to be announced shortly)
Who: Eligible applicants are:
- Current 10th and 11th grade girls interested computer science and technology
- Prior computer science experience not required
- Residents of the metro area where the program is held
