We’ve had a great experience with Autonautics.

We had a great experience with Autonautics. Plus not only do they make the road test appointment for you, but will take your child to the road test appointment and your child can take the test in their car. Much less stress for both the child and parent.

Lama was fine but it was difficult to get through on the phone and to schedule classes. When we got through the times and/or the preferred instructor would not be available. Occasionally the person answering the phone could not help and we were asked to call back later.
I finally gave up and signed our daughter up for Driver's Ed with Autonautics. The classes and lessons for 10 weeks - a set time each week for both - were seamless and they set up a road test for her, which she passed on her first try.

My daughter is using Revolution Driving School. I believe they have locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Experience has been good but you must book far in advance for lessons because they fill up. I bought a 10 lesson/road test/online course package and think it was a good value.

We used Revolution Driving school in Manhattan, but they also have a location in Brooklyn.

Revolution Driving School is great. The drivers Ed class is 5 hours over zoom and they also offer driving lessons and will take you to the road test if you want them to. They have a park slope location.
Hi -We've had good luck with Drive Rite, which has several locations -- including Prospect Hts and near Brooklyn College -- that made it convenient. Our only challenge lately has been scheduling because they're pretty full -- but they are very responsive.
