AND DRUM CLASSES:
SIGN UP TODAY!
This fall, we are offering group music lessons in drums and electric guitar for girls aged 7 - 18 at Willie Mae Music Lab, our new year-round community music and mentoring center in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The program features small group lessons (4 - 6 students) for both beginner/intermediate and advanced students, taught by accomplished teachers from the Rock Camp community. The 8-week program includes instrument loan, so you can practice at home in between lessons, and, of course, there'll be a big show at the end of the semester. Come work on your musical skills, jam with other girls, and have a good time!
SCHEDULE
Classes are organized by musical experience level and age (school grade). Classes start the week of October 18 and run through the week of December 13 (no classes week of November 22). There will be a final recital for all students on Thursday, December 16th at 7pm at the Co-op School. (Schedule continued top-right.)
OTHER MUSIC OPPORTUNITIES
Willie Mae Music Lab also offers affordable practice space for bands of all ages, private lessons, and band coaches who can work with bands at homes or at Music Lab.
