                          2015 BROOKLYN VOLUNTEER FAIR


                          The 2015 BROOKLYN VOLUNTEER FAIR will bring together over 80 Brooklyn-serving organizations that rely on volunteers to enrich our communities. Opportunities abound for families, individuals, seniors, students… anyone with a spirit for giving!

                          at the Park Slope Armory YMCA

                          Community Service Credit available for middle school, high school, and college students through many of the participating organizations

                          Girls Electronic Music Seminar -- app due 5/26


                          GEMS was developed by New York University's Music Technology program, and SWiTCH (the Society for Women in Technology), as a unique hands-on intensive program designed to teach girls (age 10-14) about music technology, recording/production, microphones, interactive music and more in a fun setting just for girls at the NYU Music Tech studios.

                          This summer we'll be running GEMS for the third time
                          for 5 full days June 29th-July 3rd at NYU in Greenwich Village.
